TRAFFIC OPERATION IN YOUR AREA

#FARNWORTH & #LITTLE LEVER - Today the Farnworth & Little Lever neighbourhood team carried out a traffic operation. We focussed on targeting driving offences and keeping the roads safe for the community. We were able to obtain some successful results as follows:

92 vehicles were stopped with the following outcomes:

4 x Traffic offence report – Using Mobile Phone

7 x Traffic offence report – No Seatbelts 

2 x Traffic offence report – Nonconforming registration plate 

1 x Traffic offence report – Not in control of vehicle 

1 x Traffic offence report – non-compliant tyres 

5 – Referred to the Vehicle defect rectification scheme 

2 x vehicles seized for no insurance
